台灣歐點企業有限公司與美國德州UDFC公司結盟，根據美國德拉瓦州法律成立西帝西環宇（漳州）工業有限公司。其英文名稱為CTC Universal(Zhang Zhou)Industrial Company Limited ，成立於2005年3月25日，註冊資本350萬美元，投資總額達700萬美元。
工廠座落於漳浦縣綏安工業開發區黃倉工業園區南8區内，全廠佔地面積100畝，其中綠地面積率達30.9。廠區內建築總面積為25344 ㎡，可分成五個區：製造區、成品區、倉庫區、辦公大樓區及員工宿舍區。為創造良好的起居環境，公司特設有2475㎡的套房式員工宿舍，為每間宿舍裝設獨立的衛浴、冷氣及熱水器等設備。此外，為豐富員工的業餘生活，公司另備有員工餐廳、籃球場、羽毛球場、自行車道、乒乓球、台球、卡拉OK等休閒場所。
